Country can not bare another tsunami says Humayun

PML (Like-Minded) Secretary General Humayun Akhtar Khan said on January 5, 2012 that the country is not in a state to afford another tsunami as the nation had faced it in 1970 in the shape of separation of Bangladesh, according to The News.

The former minister said the attitude of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz chief Nawaz Sharif towards unification of all Muslim League factions is a positive approach which reflected that he did not want division of League s’ vote bank in future election.

Humayun Akhtar Khan claimed that the country had not seen such progress and development as it had seen under the rules of Pakistan Muslim League.
